How has being a Chemistry graduate from Duke helped shape you personally and/or professionally?
"With regard to medicine specifically, studying chemistry helps me think about biological problems through a more in-depth lens. It also helps me understand pharmacology much more easily. I also met wonderful peers and mentors throughout my time in Duke Chem, who I will maintain contact with forever."
What advice would you give students in Duke's Chemistry programs?
"Flunch your professors! Very underrated, and a great way to get to know them better, get advice, and give them better ammo for amazing rec letters."
