Fitzgerald Group Characterizes Dust Mite Allergens with SPROX Methodology

The Fitzgerald group and their collaborators at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences find that house dust mite allergens are more thermodynamically stable and more abundant than non-allergens in the dust mite proteome.  Read more about their discovery in Duke Today and also see their paper published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
