Abstract:  High-throughput phenotypic screening can reveal new therapeutic targets and chemical tools relevant to human diseases. Using this approach, we have recently discovered two enzyme targets that provide novel approaches to treat cancer. Chemical optimization, target identification, and in vivo efficacy studies will be presented.
